Refund policy

365-day returns

You have 365 days to return items bought from ScootWorld. The period runs from the day you receive your order.

To use the extended return right, the item must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and all tags. If the item has been used, or the packaging has been lost or damaged, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies instead.

You pay the cost of return shipping. Register your return in our return portal here: https://returns.reversio.io/scootworld-international. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we refund the purchase price to the payment method you used.

14-day right of withdrawal

Regardless of the above, you always have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on items bought from ScootWorld. The period runs from the day you receive your order. You must notify us of the return no later than 14 days after receipt, and the item must be sent back no later than 14 days after you have told us you are withdrawing.

You can notify us by email at info@scootworld.com. In your message, state clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may attach our standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of this page.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing delivery without also giving us clear notice.

How to send a return

Print a copy of your order confirmation, write on it whether you want a refund or an exchange for another item, and put it in the parcel you send back to us.
